About

Hi, I'm Jasmine.

Before we talk strategy, I want to know what you've been feeling.

Every business challenge has a story behind it. Sometimes what feels like a marketing problem is really a confidence problem. Sometimes growth isn't blocked by strategy — it's blocked by overwhelm. My job isn't just helping you build a business. It's helping you rediscover clarity so you can confidently move forward.

Chapter 01

Where it started

I was raised in a single-parent household and moved constantly — more than 20 schools by the time I was done. Every new city meant new classrooms, new rules, and new ways to figure out where I fit. I learned early how to read a room, how to adapt, and how to keep going when things didn't feel steady.

At fifteen I clocked in for my first shift at McDonald's. It wasn't glamorous, but it taught me the things that still show up in my work every day: how to move fast, take ownership, work with people who are different from you, and stay calm when everything's on fire.

Chapter 02

Learning business from the inside

I started in banking as a teller. Then a banker. Then a Financial Center Manager. Then a Small Business Banker sitting across from founders trying to make payroll, buy inventory, or open a second location. That seat changed me. I saw firsthand how much a good conversation — the kind where somebody actually listens — could move a business forward.

From there I moved into product: Head of Consumer Deposit Products, then Product Management leadership at two credit unions. That's where I fell in love with the intersection of leadership, strategy, and innovation — building products that real customers actually use, and building teams that could keep improving them.

Chapter 03

Building something of my own

While I was building products for other people's balance sheets, I co-founded a boat rental company with partners. That's where I learned what entrepreneurship actually feels like: the marketing, the operations, the scaling, the late nights when a customer calls and the answer has to be yours. It gave me a deep respect for anyone brave enough to build something from nothing.

Chapter 04

Senior care — starting from zero

Then I founded Affordable Care Homes. This one wasn't about opening another assisted living business. It was about creating an all-inclusive home for seniors — chef-inspired meals, personalized attention, exceptional care, dignity, comfort, and a real sense of home.

I entered healthcare with absolutely no prior experience. Which meant I had to learn a whole industry from the ground up: regulations, staffing, partnerships, clinical operations, family communication, the works. It taught me how to learn quickly, build systems, solve complex problems, lead through uncertainty, and navigate what feels impossible. I eventually exited the business, and that entire experience still shapes how I think about every founder I work with today.

Chapter 05

Who I am today

I don't want to be the consultant who tells you what to do from a slide deck. I want to be your strategic thinking partner — the person you call when the path isn't obvious, when the noise is loud, and when you need someone smart in the room to help you make the next real decision.

We'll organize the ideas swirling in your head. We'll pressure-test the plan. We'll find the opportunities you've been too close to see. And you'll walk out with clarity, momentum, and the confidence to move.

Off the clock

When I'm not working with founders, you'll probably find me traveling somewhere new, at a live show, or hunting down a really good bargain. The curiosity that shows up in my work shows up in the rest of my life too.
